Marek Orłowski, President of the Management Board
Marek Orłowski is the President of the Management Board, main investor and founder of Airway Medix S.A. and Adiuvo Investment S.A. He is a co-founder of a listed company Nepentes, which under his leadership reached annual sales of EUR 30 million. Nepentes S.A. was first listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 1997 and in 2010 it was sold to SanofiAventis for PLN 420 million. Since 2010 he has been an active seed investor in the life-science industry in Poland and abroad.
Anna Aranowska-Bablok, Member of the Management Board
Anna Aranowska-Bablok is a Member of the Management Board. She has 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life-science industry and during that time for 4 years she has been constantly performing COO functions in investment companies. At present she is a member of the management boards of approximately 10 companies – start-ups from the life-science industry, including AlgaeLab Sp. z o.o., Peptaderm Sp. z o.o., MarMar Sp. z o.o. Anna Aranowska-Bablok is also a member of the Management Board of Adiuvo Investment S.A. She is engaged in the process of procuring, establishing and managing portfolio companies.
